From farm to factory — how we ensure every box meets the highest quality standards through rigorous sourcing and testing.
Six core practices that define our quality commitment
We work directly with over 200 cotton farmers across Tamil Nadu, eliminating intermediaries. This ensures fair pricing for farmers and premium raw material for our boxes. Each farmer is verified and trained in quality harvesting practices.
Only the top-grade cotton fibers make it to production. Our quality team inspects each batch for fiber length, strength, and cleanliness. We reject substandard material at source, maintaining a 98.5% quality approval rate.
Cotton is stored in climate-controlled warehouses with precise humidity regulation. Our storage maintains 8-10% moisture content, preventing fiber degradation and ensuring optimal processing characteristics for corrugation.
Every cotton batch undergoes laboratory testing for fiber density, tensile strength, and cellulose content. We use TAPPI-standard testing equipment to ensure consistent board quality in every production run.
We are committed to environmentally responsible sourcing. Our partner farmers use organic farming methods and water-efficient irrigation. We track our supply chain carbon footprint and offset through tree-planting programs.
Our vertically integrated facility processes raw cotton into corrugated board in-house. This gives us full control over pulping, sheet formation, and corrugation — ensuring the highest consistency and quality at every stage.
